A LETTER FROM THE FOUNDER
Why I started CultureRay.
Some of my earliest memories are rooted in traditional Shan Shui painting. I was fascinated not only by the art form, but by the traditions, craftsmanship, and the wisdom behind it.
Growing up in one of China's largest cities and spending more than fifteen years in New York, I began to see these traditions with new curiosity. From food and art to fashion and everyday rituals,, they carry ideas and creativity that can still inspire how we live today.
Through my work across design, entrepreneurship, education, and business strategy, I also encountered remarkable makers, artisans, and culturally rooted businesses whose knowledge and creativity deserve to reach wider audiences.
CultureRay brings these parts of my life together—exploring culture and living traditions with curiosity, connecting cultural roots with modern life, and creating space for the people and ideas carrying them forward.
