Terrisa Chen
Founder & Cultural Commerce Strategist
Terrisa Chen is a New York-based cultural commerce strategist and creative entrepreneur whose experience spans fashion, independent retail, cultural research, education, and business development.
Having lived and worked in New York for more than 16 years, she brings a cross-cultural perspective shaped by her entrepreneurial journey, creative collaborations, and experience across New York and China. As a former independent boutique founder and graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology's Global Fashion Management master's program, she understands both the creative ambitions and practical challenges of building independent businesses.
Working at the intersection of cultural insight, contemporary creativity, and business strategy, Terrisa founded CultureRay to explore how living traditions and cultural perspectives can inspire modern life, connect creative communities, and generate meaningful opportunities for cultural and business collaboration.
